At Rovixs, we want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To qualify, the returned product must:
Remain in unused condition.
Be returned with its original packaging and included accessories.
Be free from damage caused after delivery.
Products made to customer specifications or personalized items cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty upon arrival.

Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once reviewed, we'll provide detailed return instructions.
Refund Review
Returned products are inspected after arrival.
If the return is approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Your payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
Shipping fees are refunded only when the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product defect.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package.
Providing photographs of both the product and its packaging will help us resolve the issue more efficiently.
Exchange Requests
We currently process returns and new purchases separately rather than offering direct exchanges.
